I have been studying for few days... but now, I am beginning to feel bored... So, what do you think is the best way to kill boredom?
--> eat! coz a way to a man's heart is through his stomach.. you can't do something wholeheartedly if your stomach is empty.. much more stuff new things and important lessons in your head when hungry. As they say "Eating is the way! "
--> exercise. Burning those extra calories would be another option especially at times like this. After eating much and getting yourself satisfied and yet feel bored, this could quite be interesting. Going on to sports is my best option. Bowling will do, it doesnt only gives happiness when you're able to strike down all the pins, it can also be a stress reliever. Put all your angst, pressures, heartaches over those pins lying in front of you.. aim for it and give your best shot.. and over a few seconds.. -->pooF! you'll be happy to see all those pins lying on the ground and .. They're all DEAD! ...going from extremes, a simple jog or walk across the street could give comfort in some sorts. Try it to believe. :p
--> read read and read. One way to feed your mind is through reading. Find something interesting to read. Sociology, Humanities, and Human behavior are some dominant things that affect us and our being.. so learning a bit and understanding how a people behaves and factors affecting them could give us more insights to understand people more around us.. even so, improving our human instincts and the way we interact with different kinds of people. AFter all, this could be fun!
--> Pursue. As the Bible says, "Redeem your time for the days are evil..." "Seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you." Well, no other time is better than this time to puruse things that have eternal value. As we enjoy ourselves over things that could satisfy our soul, we must never forget that we have our tripartite being to take care of. Spend time wisely... it is not a sin to get bored.. but it matters to Him how/ where we spend our time.
